When the Miami HEAT set out to upgrade the hospitality spaces at Kaseya Center, they turned to Armina Stone, a luxury stone fabrication and custom millwork company that's been making waves in high-end commercial projects. The result? A complete transformation of 20 private suites and 52 loge units that blend sophisticated design with practical functionality for the arena's VIP guests.

A Partnership Built on Precision
Armina Stone's connection to the Miami HEAT runs deeper than just this project. The company signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with the team that extends through June 2030, solidifying their status as an official partner. This latest collaboration at Kaseya Center demonstrates exactly why that partnership makes sense.
"As a proud partner of the Miami HEAT, we are honored to bring our expertise to elevate the guest experience at Kaseya Center," said Emre Basman, Founder of Armina Stone. "Every space reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, durability and design excellence, ensuring that guests enjoy both beauty and functionality at every turn."

Inside the Suite Transformations
The private suites received the full Armina treatment. Working with general contractor Moss & Associates, the company installed custom cabinetry and millwork across both the north and south suites. The stone countertops throughout use high-performance granite chosen specifically for its ability to maintain its appearance over time while handling constant use.
One of the standout features? Intricate mosaic tile installations that add visual interest and premium finishes to these exclusive spaces. Armina collaborated with EoA Group and Armina Luxe to ensure every detail stayed consistent with the overall design vision.

Loge Boxes Built to Last
The 52 loge boxes presented a different challenge. These semi-private spaces see heavy foot traffic during games and events, which means everything needs to be both stylish and tough. Armina partnered with TGSV to deliver exactly that.
Each loge features granite countertops engineered to withstand frequent use without showing wear. Full-height granite backsplashes provide visual continuity while being incredibly easy to clean and maintain. The company also installed stone drink ledges, adding a practical touch that enhances the guest experience without sacrificing aesthetics.
The Technical Side
Every piece of stone used in the project was precision-cut granite, selected based on two key criteria: how it looks and how it performs in high-traffic environments. The millwork and cabinetry were custom-built to align with the Miami HEAT's brand aesthetic, ensuring that every suite and loge box feels cohesive with the team's identity.
Coordinating a project of this scale requires careful planning. Armina worked closely with general contractors, project management teams, and arena operations to install everything across multiple areas while sticking to a tight timeline. The company had to balance maintaining their quality standards with meeting the arena's operational needs.
What This Means for Armina Stone
This project reinforces Armina's position in the luxury commercial fabrication space. Successfully completing work on premium suites and semi-private hospitality boxes at a major entertainment venue demonstrates their ability to handle large-scale projects that demand both craftsmanship and efficiency.
