Pagani Residences Brings Art to Parking

Pagani Residences is changing how car collectors view their garages. Rather than a simple storage space, the development introduces an architectural gallery designed to showcase high-performance vehicles in an environment that feels more like a museum than a parking area.

Designed by Horacio Pagani

The project features a garage façade personally envisioned by Horacio Pagani, blending the brand’s legacy of engineering precision with artistic design. Every detail reflects Pagani’s heritage, ensuring that each vehicle—regardless of make—receives hypercar-level treatment within the residence.

Architectural Highlights

The façade is built from perforated aluminum, patterned with elliptical cutouts inspired by the signature Pagani Ellipse. These openings allow natural light and ventilation, creating a luminous and open atmosphere. Adding depth and movement, layered metal “eyebrows” ripple across the surface, giving the structure a dynamic, sculptural quality.

A Sanctuary for Collectors

For rare car owners and enthusiasts, the Pagani Residences garage is more than functionality. It is a sanctuary that celebrates automotive design, turning each vehicle into a centerpiece within a larger architectural statement. By combining modern aesthetics with practicality, the garage underscores Miami’s growing position as a hub for luxury living and automotive culture.
