Returning to her childhood home to recover, Laura stumbles upon an enigmatic figure known as Monster, a strange yet charming creature with a disarming wit and a knack for motivation. Monster helps Laura confront her frustrations and uncover a fierce determination she didn’t know she had.

When Laura secures a position as the understudy in Jacob’s production, tensions mount as unresolved feelings and old wounds resurface during rehearsals. With Monster’s guidance, Laura begins to channel her emotions into strength, confronting her past and forging a new path for herself, both on and off the stage. Falling in love with her inner rage.
