SESAC Latina has announced that the highly anticipated 2023 SESAC Latina Music Awards will be held on Tuesday, June 27, in Beverly Hills, California. This prestigious event celebrates the achievements of songwriters and publishers and recognizes the most performed songs of the year, including Song of the Year, Publisher of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year in both the Regional Mexican and Pop/Latin Rhythm genres.

This year, two exceptional individuals will receive special recognition. Yahritza Martínez will be honored with the BREAKTHROUGH SONGWRITER AWARD, highlighting her exceptional talent and contribution to the industry. Federico Vindver will be presented with the PRODUCER OF THE YEAR AWARD, acknowledging his remarkable work as a Grammy-nominated producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. The awards ceremony will bring together artists, publishers, and executives from record companies for a night filled with unforgettable performances and celebration of Latin music's finest.

Yahritza Martínez, a two-time Latin Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter from Yakima, Washington, and member of the remarkable sibling trio Yahritza Y Su Esencia, has captivated audiences worldwide with her emotionally charged and poignant lyrics. Her impactful work will be acknowledged with the BREAKTHROUGH SONGWRITER AWARD. Last year, Yahritza made history as the youngest performer to chart on Billboard's Hot 100 with her debut single, "Soy El Único," a song she wrote entirely on her own, solidifying her status as one of the brightest emerging creative minds.

Receiving the PRODUCER OF THE YEAR AWARD is Federico Vindver, a seven-time Grammy Award winner and highly acclaimed producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Vindver has amassed over seven billion streams globally across various platforms and has collaborated with renowned global superstars, including Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, and Ricky Martin, among others.
