AMAVI Miami Adds Weekly Programming, Weekend Brunch, and a Renovated Garden Patio

Midtown's Mediterranean restaurant AMAVI just gave people a lot more reasons to show up on a Tuesday.

The restaurant is launching a full weekly programming lineup beginning March 30, along with weekend brunch starting April 4 and 5, new lunch offerings, fresh seasonal cocktails, and a newly renovated outdoor patio. If you've been to AMAVI for dinner and thought it was worth returning to, the new schedule is designed around exactly that impulse.

A reason to return weekly.

Something Different Every Night

The weekly programming is the centerpiece of the update, and the structure is straightforward: each weekday has its own draw, built around a specific dish or format that makes it worth planning around rather than just happening upon.

Mondays lead with Oyster and Bubbles, $2 oysters and $25 bottomless prosecco. Tuesdays go Mediterranean with P.E.I. mussels in white wine, garlic, and cream, served alongside pomme frites. Wine Wednesday cuts select bottles in half. Thursdays bring Lobster Night, built around black ink tagliatelle with grilled lobster and spicy pomodoro.

Taken together, the four nights create a rhythm that gives AMAVI a legitimate reason to be in your weekly rotation rather than just your special-occasion list.

Fresh sips, Mediterranean-Miami vibes.

The New Cocktails

Two new drinks are joining the menu on the cocktail side. The Matcha Margarita pairs tequila, matcha, lime, and agave for something earthy and bright. The AMAVI Spritz combines prosecco, rosé wine, grapefruit, St-Germain, and fresh mint, landing somewhere between a classic aperitivo and something more coastal. Both fit the Mediterranean-meets-Miami energy the restaurant has been building since it opened.

Daytime dining, finally done right.

Lunch and Brunch

The expanded hours bring AMAVI into the daytime in a more complete way than before. Lunch runs Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. The menu includes Greek Burger Sliders with lamb, beef, feta, and tzatziki, a Chicken Pita with grilled chicken and feta, Grilled Octopus, Truffle Pasta, and a Mediterranean Salad. The Lunch Special at $25 covers two courses: a starter of tzatziki, hummus, or muhammara, followed by a choice of rigatoni pomodoro, the sliders, the chicken pita, or grilled chicken breast. For a sit-down lunch in Midtown at that price point, it's worth knowing about.

Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., filling a gap that makes the patio renovation feel especially well-timed.

Garden oasis in the city.

The Patio

The renovated outdoor space is the kind of addition that changes how a restaurant feels. AMAVI's new patio is layered with plants, natural textures, and soft lighting, designed to read like a Mediterranean garden tucked into the middle of Midtown. It works for a relaxed lunch, a golden hour cocktail, or a full dinner outside on a Miami evening. Given that happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., the timing between an afternoon on the patio and an evening inside the dining room has been thought through.
