Jhayco has been hailed as the torchbearer of Latin Urban's new generation, a trailblazer who has simultaneously shaped and disrupted the music industry. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, Jhayco developed a profound passion for urban music at the tender age of 12, a sound that would go on to define his future. By the age of 14, he was already producing and composing songs, and it was only two years later that his work on Tito El Bambino's album "Invencible" earned him his first GRAMMY® award as a producer and composer.

His career as a composer skyrocketed, collaborating closely with artists such as Zion & Lennox, Natti Natasha, and Nicky Jam, while cultivating his unique sound and eventually releasing his own music. Jhayco secured his second GRAMMY for Best Urban Album with J Balvin's 2018 album "Vibras." Furthermore, he claimed the prestigious Songwriters Association Song of the Year Award for his involvement in "I Like It" by Cardi B, J Balvin, and Bad Bunny. Recently, he received two nominations at the 2023 Premios Tu Musica Urbano, including Collaboration of The Year for "En la De Ella" with Feid and Sech, and Top Male Artist.

Jhayco's extraordinary talent as an urban artist has garnered acclaim and recognition not only from the media and industry heavyweights but also from music enthusiasts worldwide. He is the creative genius behind some of the biggest Latin hits of our time, including "Dakiti," "No Me Conoce," and "Medusa," among others. With an impressive combined stream count exceeding 16 billion, Jhayco has played a pivotal role in shaping the urban music landscape and ushering in a new era for the genre. His international appeal has allowed him to take the Latin genre to global stages, captivating an ever-expanding and diverse fanbase.

His latest album, "Timelezz," soared to the top of the iTunes Latin Chart, and reached an impressive #2 position on the Billboard chart. The chart-topping success of his collaboration with Bad Bunny, "Dakiti," propelled him to #1 on the Billboard Global 200. Jhayco's current hit single is "Cuerpecito," showcasing his continued artistry and ability to create captivating music.
