A rooftop nine stories above Wynwood is adding its name to one of Miami's longest running dining promotions this summer, and the menu leans harder into Argentina than the restaurant's Italian branding might suggest.

La Fernetería opened in Wynwood in December, arriving from Buenos Aires with a menu covering dishes from Italy's northern and southern regions. It was the brand's first rooftop location and its fourth overall, following two outposts in Buenos Aires and one in Asunción, Paraguay. The restaurant sits on the ninth floor at 230 NW 24th Street, and it has picked up recognition beyond Miami before this expansion, including honors from the Accademia Italiana della Cucina in 2018 and from Bar & Drinks Magazine in 2021, 2022 and 2023. La Fernetería's Menu Leans Into Its Argentine Roots
The Miami Spice offering at La Fernetería runs through the program's August and September window at $60 for three courses. Starters include Polipo Brasato di Capri and Carpaccio di Manzo. The pasta course lists Garganelli alla Vodka and Gnocchi al Ragù alla Bolognese, alongside a Beef Milanesa and Spaghetti plate that nods more directly to the restaurant's Argentine side than its Italian one. Diners looking to spend beyond the fixed price can add truffle carpaccio to any main course. Desserts close the menu with a table side Panqueque de Dulce de Leche, a Vulcano de Chocolate and a Flan al Cocco.
The restaurant is positioning the deal as more than a discounted dinner, describing the space as suited to a full evening arc: an early aperitivo, the three course meal, then cocktails as the sun sets over the Wynwood skyline. That framing tracks with how the rooftop has built its reputation since opening, drawing repeat visitors as much for its bar program and skyline views as for its kitchen.

Miami Spice Marks a Milestone Year Across the City
La Fernetería's participation lands inside Miami Spice's 25th anniversary, with the citywide program running from August 1 through September 30 in 2026. The broader promotion spans lunch and brunch menus around $40 and dinner menus priced between $50 and $65, with a new Reserve tier introduced this year for higher end formats like chef's table seatings and wine pairings. La Fernetería's $60 dinner places it in the middle of that citywide range, aimed at diners treating the rooftop as a summer destination rather than a one-off outing. Faena + 2
For a restaurant that built its early identity around cocktails and a photogenic rooftop setting, the Miami Spice run gives La Fernetería a chance to put its kitchen in front of a wider audience during the two months when Miami's dining scene gets the most citywide attention. Whether the menu turns Miami Spice regulars into repeat customers once September ends will depend on how the food holds up against a rooftop crowd that has, so far, shown up mostly for the view and the drinks.
