With his song "Fiesta Contigo," popular Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Luis Figueroa reaches the top spot on the Media Base - Tropical chart. Three Premio Lo Nuestro nominations for "Tropical - Artist of The Year," "Tropical - Song Of The Year," and "Tropical - Album Of The Year" are also given to the two-time Latin GRAMMY® nominee. Luis Figueroa continues to reinvent the tropical genre with his music and is establishing himself as one of the most exciting voices of his generation.
With his smash track "Fiesta Contigo," which was released in the fall of last year, Luis Figueroa earns his sixth straight #1 record on the Media Base - Tropical chart. Figueroa is achieving an impressive feat as he quickly gains broad acclaim. "Fiesta Contigo," written by Luis Figueroa, Yoel Henriquez, and Efraín "E_Flat" González, was a 2022 Latin GRAMMY nominee for Best Tropical Song. The single salsa song in Billboard's top 50 also ranks in the top 30 on the Latin Airplay chart.
For his outstanding performance over the last year, Luis Figueroa has also been nominated for three Premio Lo Nuestro honors in their 35th edition. For his self-titled album, "Luis Figueroa," he is nominated for "Tropical - Artist of The Year," "Tropical - Song Of The Year," and "Tropical - Album Of The Year."

About Luis Figueroa
One of this decade's most promising musicians is Luis Figueroa. Graduate of the esteemed Berklee College of Music in Boston, he toured with Romeo Santos as a backing vocalist and gained enormous notoriety for their duet performance of "Flor Pálida" at the 2016 Premios Juventud. He collaborated with Sebastián Yatra and Lary Over on the 2018 global hit "Por Perro," which has had over 600 million YouTube views. With his first two solo singles, "La Especialista" (#27) and "Te Deseo" (#24), he entered the 2020 Latin Pop Airplay chart.
