A mariachi rendition of "DebÍ Suponerlo," a song from Morat's most recent fourth album, "SI AYER FUERA HOY," which has topped sales charts throughout the Spanish-speaking globe, opens 2023. The group Morat are the current kings of Spanish music.
“Five years ago Alejandro Fernández, one of the legends in Mexican music, invited us to sing with him and it was one of the most beautiful experiences we had when visiting Mexico. Today is very similar, but essentially different, as we sing with a different Fernandez, now Camila, a mariachi version of one of our songs: "Debi Suponerlo.” Doing something like this required that we did it with the best, which is why we sought out the genius Kiko Campos for the arrangement, Mariachi 2000 to play it and Camila Fernández to sing it. We're very happy to give Mexico another piece of the heart it has given us for many years.” - MORAT

As their fans have dubbed it, the Colombian band's song with the most Mexican sound now has a mariachi rendition that combines the sensibility and purity of a music that transcends borders. The Colombian band pays respect to a nation that supports music unreservedly with their flawless and honest collaboration with vocalist Camila Fernandez, granddaughter of the master of rancheras Vicente Fernandez and daughter of Mexican musician Alejandro Fernandez.
During their 13th performance at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, the legendary "Mariachi 2000," who have brought Mexican music to every corner of the globe, delighted fans with an uncensored version of "Deb Suponerlo." This made it possible to make the version that fans had been requesting for a while.
