Soulection's Impact
Over the past 15 years, Soulection has transformed into a global movement that has championed the future of DJ culture across R&B, soul, afrobeats, jazz, house, and electronic music, with well-known names such as Brent Faiyaz, Snoh Aalegra, Daniel Caesar, and Kaytranada emerging from or associating with the collective.
This Club Space Miami takeover stands as both a celebration and a statement, honoring 15 years of impact while looking ahead to the future of the Soulection movement and their partnership with Crown Royal Marquis.
The Event Format
The 15-hour format across three rooms allowed Soulection to showcase the breadth of its musical identity rather than limiting the anniversary to a single-stage, shorter event. With multiple rooms running simultaneously, guests could move between different sonic environments throughout the night, experiencing the various genres and styles that Soulection has championed over its 15-year existence.
The partnership with Crown Royal Marquis added a premium spirits component to the celebration, with signature cocktails available throughout the venue. For a collective that's built its reputation on curation and taste across music, partnering with a premium whisky brand aligns with how Soulection has positioned itself within culture beyond just DJing.
Joe Kay's headline set on the Space Terrace served as the evening's centerpiece, with the founder performing at the venue's signature outdoor space overlooking the Miami skyline.
