There is a lot of celebration in the music business, and there is a glimmer of hope in the places where popular music predominates. Legendary Puerto Rican musician Luis Armando Lozada Cruz, also known as VICO-C, joins the Nain Music label, a unit of Rimas Entertainment, and is widely regarded as the most significant representative in the history of the urban genre in the United States, Latin America, and Spain.
Regarding this alliance, VICO-C commented – "In these times where the need for pure content in music is great, it opens a platform to continue what I have always done with my songs; touch hearts and make revolution in a lost society. That's why I think the most important thing in my union with Nain/Rimas, is the freedom I have been given to express what I want."
"It is a privilege to have and work with an artist of the stature and trajectory of Vico, whose greatest legacy to Latin music and the new generations is yet to be delivered," said Fidel Hernandez CEO of Nain Music.
In May of next year, VICO-C plans to release his newest studio album. Just like he did in the 1990s when he made underground Hip Hop in Spanish popular with songs like "Me Acuerdo," "Bomba Para Afincar," "La Recta Final," and "Viernes 13," among others, the new recordings will definitely usher in new trends and delineate a before and after in Latin music.
VICO-C never ceased to create, produce, record, or perform. The multi-Latin Grammy, Billboard Award, and more than a dozen platinum certifications winner is now thrilled about the chance to join Nain Music and to once again be able to share made songs on a worldwide level in the way only he knows how. This is because he has won many battles.
In order to put VICO-career C's in perspective for the younger generations, it is crucial to note that he is often regarded as "the father of reggaeton" because he founded the musical movement that gave rise to the genre.
