Álvaro Díaz Debuts "1000Canciones" with Sen Senra and Music Video

New reggaeton smash "1000 CANCIONES," by hip-hop star lvaro Daz of Puerto Rico and Spanish alt-R&B diva Sen Senra, is out now. The song is the third single from the much awaited album "Sayonara," which will be distributed by Universal Music Latino later this year and is being handled by NEON16 and Top Floor Talent.

There was a buzz when the two first met in Mexico City some time ago. Lvaro has always loved Sen Senra's music and felt compelled to take part in "Sayonara" because of this. Later, in Madrid, Spain, "1000 CANCIONES" was captured on tape. "This was one of the best experiences, in all honesty. This song is unique since neither Lvaro nor I often record reggaeton music, which makes it so, according to Lvaro. Sen Senra, a Spanish musician who now ranks among the most promising cross-genre performers, draws inspiration from hip-hop, indie rock, psychedelia, pop, garage, and indie rock.

Juanchi González directed and Haze produced the videos (Jhayco, Myke Towers, Anuel). Conceptually, the video switches back and forth between imagination and reality—a fantasy that both Lvaro and Sen experience as they dedicate a love song to a potential partner who ends up being their doctor.

Lvaro already has a very bright future ahead of him as he keeps moving up the songwriter career ladder. He just signed a contract with performance rights organization BMI and wrote the lyrics for Rauw Alejandro's worldwide hit song "Panties y Brasieres," which features reggaeton legend Danny Yankee. Lvaro revealed last month that he would be making his debut at the renowned festivals Lollapallooza Chile & Argentina on March 17–19 and Bottlerock in Napa Valley, California on May 26–28.
