Colombian urban artist Blessd just had the kind of year most musicians dream about. Spotify named him the most-streamed artist of 2025 in Colombia, cementing his position as one of the country's biggest names in music right now.
The numbers back it up. Blessd had more than 10 songs in the Top 50 at the same time, pulls in 27 million monthly listeners, and his album Trinidad Bendita ranked as the fifth most-streamed in Colombia this year. Hits like "YOGURCITO" (which hit #4), "AMISTA," and "+57" with Karol G kept him in constant rotation. His music also appeared in over 5 million playlists, and he became the number one artist among Colombian teenagers.
A Stadium Show Three Years in the Making
November 22 marked a major milestone when Blessd sold out Estadio Vive Claro in Bogotá. More than 55,000 fans packed the venue for his first-ever stadium show. The concert lasted over three hours and included 50 songs, with special appearances from Crudo Means Raw, Nanpa Básico, and YNKBLK.
One of the standout moments came when he performed with the Filarmónica de Bogotá, mixing reggaetón with symphonic music in a way that hadn't been done before. The night ended with Blessd giving a house to a fan in the crowd, a gesture that had the entire stadium emotional.
Celebrating Colombian Trap
That same month, he dropped Los ExtraditaBlessd, a seven-track EP focused on the new generation of Colombian trap. The project blends his personal storytelling with street energy, showing his commitment to the movement that helped build his career.
The EP expands his sound while staying true to the rawness that got people's attention in the first place. It's another example of how he's positioning himself as someone who can bridge different worlds within Latin urban music.
Taking It to Europe
Blessd's first ticketed European tour kicked off November 25 in Paris and wraps up December 5 in Madrid. The tour includes stops in Milan, Barcelona, Seville, London, and Málaga. It's a significant step for an artist who's seeing growing demand in markets that traditionally haven't been as strong for Colombian trap artists.
The tour timing lines up perfectly with his momentum. Fans in these cities have been streaming his music heavily, and now they're getting a chance to see him live.
Opening the Ballon d'Or
Earlier this year, Blessd made history as the first Latin artist to open the Ballon d'Or ceremony in Paris. He performed "Condenado al Éxito II" at one of the most prestigious events in sports, introducing his music to a completely different audience on a global stage.
The performance put him in front of football legends, celebrities, and millions watching worldwide. It's the kind of crossover moment that can expand an artist's reach far beyond their core fanbase.
Collaborations and Festival Runs
2025 also brought high-profile collaborations. "COMO OREO" with Fuerza Regida (produced by Ovy On The Drums) and the viral "Yogurcito Remix" kept him active on streaming platforms. He co-led the RHLM x Blessd US tour with Anuel AA and headlined major festivals including Reggaeton Beach Fest and The Reggaeton & Latin Fest in the Netherlands.
Back home, he helped launch Medallo Club in Medellín, a new venue celebrating his city's culture and music scene.
What's Coming in 2026
Blessd isn't slowing down. He's planning a tour across multiple Colombian cities, staying connected with the fans who supported him from the start. A new studio album is set to drop early in the year, and he's launching Blessd Ballers, a podcast combining football and music through conversations with major figures from both worlds.
After a year that included stadium shows, international tours, and unprecedented collaborations, Blessd is positioned as one of the most influential Latin artists of his generation.
