As the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns to Greater Miami & Miami Beach from February 19–22, 2026, the destination once again takes center stage in the national food conversation. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, the festival arrives at a moment when Miami’s culinary identity feels fully formed—confident, diverse, and influential. What began as a marquee gathering of celebrity chefs and industry insiders has evolved into a defining showcase of the city’s role as one of America’s leading food cities.

This anniversary edition pairs headline names with programming that reflects Miami’s cultural layers and creative energy. Afro-Caribbean flavors, the city’s deep-rooted coffee culture, and intimate chef-driven collaborations sit alongside playful, trend-forward concepts like “Haute Potato,” underscoring the festival’s willingness to embrace both heritage and innovation.
