Miami-based Latin hip-hop artist Salazar "El Tabaquero" is making waves in the Latin hip-hop scene with his latest album, "Triple Corona." Combining urban Latino lyrics and hip-hop techniques, Salazar has created a unique bilingual urban Latino artist with a massive fan base in Miami. The album is not only a celebration of Salazar's love for hip-hop and Latin culture, but it also pays tribute to his late father, a Cuban baseball legend, through baseball-themed references woven into the music.

"Triple Corona" is a proud display of Salazar's Cuban heritage and honors his late father, Rene "Macuto" Salazar, a former third-base and catcher professional baseball player of the Cuban National League from Havana, Cuba. The album's title symbolizes the highest offensive accolade a player can receive in a season, reflecting the importance of baseball to Cuban culture and highlighting the strong connection between the country's heritage and its love of the game.

"I am thrilled to release 'Triple Corona,' which is a tribute to my late father," said Salazar. "My father was my inspiration and mentor, and this album is a celebration of his life and legacy. I hope my fans will enjoy the album as much as I enjoyed creating it."

Salazar's music reflects the realistic experiences of a young first-generation Cuban-American living in the United States, with powerful street-based lyrics that resonate with the urban Spanish community. Salazar's talent and dedication have earned him recognition from the local independent label, Strictly Business Records, and collaborations with renowned artists such as Nelly Furtado, producer Timbaland, Miami legends Pitbull, Trick Daddy, and songwriter Jean Rodriguez from Coast City, who is also known as the younger brother of Luis Fonsi.

As a prominent figure in the music industry since 2003 during the rise of underground hip-hop in South Florida, Salazar has set a new standard for Urban Latino Hip-Hop, breaking barriers and reshaping the genre. His determination and passion for his craft have earned him respect and admiration from fans and peers alike, leaving a legacy as an artist who changed how Hispanics express themselves musically.

"Triple Corona" features 10 tracks that showcase Salazar's musical talent and his ability to blend Spanish culture with English hip-hop. The album was produced and published by TeV95 of 95Labs, a Miami native who has worked with hip-hop artists in the community since the early 2000s. The album cover, designed by Stutender, features Salazar's father's trophies and a photograph of the father-son duo in their baseball-themed uniform.

Fans can listen to "Triple Corona" on all music streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music, and experience Salazar's unique blend of urban Latino and deep-rooted hip-hop while paying homage to his father's legacy.
